In the beginning, it was CARESYSTEM Technology Solution engaged in  consultancy in engineering services , sales on energy saving products, installation, repair and maintenance of air conditioner. There were only less than ten people in the whole workforce – the  founder and technical staffs. The area covered was Davao City. This was the  year 2011.

The last quarter of 2014 was a milestone in the company. York, an air  conditioning brand by Johnsons Controls, authorized CARESYSTEM to market  their product paving the way for dealership. This was then followed by Daikin  in 2015.

In the same year in 2015, the company has change  of ownership into corporation from sole proprietorship and during this year it was granted as a member of the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (DCCCII)

Koppel and Carrier in 2016, General Royal and Hitachi in 2017,  Mitsubishi Electric in 2018 and LG in 2019 and Samsung in 2022. Since then, business relationship with these  brands has continued and CARESYSTEM has gained their trust and confidence.

In 2018, The company secured a Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) license for General Engineering & General Building contractor and Specialty contractor (Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration and Air conditioning, Fire protection and water proofing works).

In 2022, secured the membership of Davao Constructors Association Center (DCACI)

Now in 2023, The Company has granted a certification by Bureau of Customs as a license Importer for the construction equipment and allied supplies.

Also in 2023 , granted as the member of the European Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (ECCP)

In the same year, Caresystem granted as an Energy Service Company (ESCO) by the Department of Energy – Energy Utilization and Management Bureau (DOE-EUMB).

The operations is not limited only in Mindanao, but also includes  market in Visayas and Luzon engages in the areas  of air conditioning systems, allied supplies and services, consultancy, general contractor, and a property developer responding to the Pambansang Pabahay flagship Program of the Government under DHSUD.

Then, from small number of workforce to today’s  employed of more than hundreds of employees.

By 2030, Caresystem Technology Solution Co., Inc will be the country’s leader in Air Conditioning Systems , General Constructions and Property Development and Energy. This has become possible through its strategic and  systematic management approach.
